Design your way of working with AI to retain your unique human qualities, the talent, skills, values, and perspectives that shape who you are and how you think and work. AI should enhance human potential, not flatten or replace it.

AI adoption succeeds when people remain active thinkers, not passive users of technology.Utilise AI Coach supports individuals to develop ways of working with AI that retain uniquely human skills and strengths, improve decision-making, and elevate the work they do.Using person-centred group coaching grounded in behavioural and psychological science, participants are supported to explore AI thoughtfully, test approaches safely, and build confidence through reflection and shared learning.

Most AI adoption focuses on tools, speed, or technical capability. Utilise AI Coach focuses on the human skills needed to work well alongside AI.Delivered in small group coaching cohorts, the programme creates a structured space for reflection, discussion, and real-world application. Participants learn with and from peers while developing practical ways of working with AI that align with their role, responsibilities, and ways of thinking. This is not training. It is human development for a changing technological landscape.
Across five guided group sessions, participants develop the mindset and decision-making capability needed for confident and responsible AI use.Curiosity - Examining Your Relationship with AI: How you feel about it, the hope, the hype and any fears around AI adoption.Intentionality - Making Conscious Choices: When and how you use AI to best utilise your thinking style, specific circumstances, and full potential.Intelligence - Thinking Critically With AI: Taking ownership of decisions to ensure you are still the key player in the workflow and to avoid accidental AI Slop!Impact - Understanding Broader Consequences: The social and environmental impact, and privacy in AI-supported work.Integration - Embedding Sustainable Practice: intentional, personalised AI workflow strategies that are sustainable and reflective.Programme Cost: £250
Hi, I am Michelle Scicluna, emerging thought leader in human-centred AI adoption. I have been coaching professionally since 2018 and was an early adopter of AI technologies, recognising their potential long before mainstream uptake.I believe the most effective use of AI is achieved when we consciously humanise it, both before and after we write our prompts. To me, the quality of AI-supported work is not determined by the tool alone, but by the depth of reflection, intentionality, and critical thinking brought to it.
Learning to iterate this Human-in-the-Loop process is key to maintaining integrity, authorship, and sustainable integration in an AI-supported world. I want you to be able to design your own strategy so. you too can say "I became the human in my loop"My coaching training was completed at the University of Cambridge (2018). I have also undertaken specialist training in Group Coaching with Dr Ana Paula Nacif, a leading authority in the field.I am a member of the EMCC and adhere to its Global Code of Ethics and Core Competency Framework. I continue to practise under professional supervision with Dr Gill Stevens.
